2. Product Request
You can submit your requests or product orders in four different ways:

3. Entrega de los productos
Product delivery times depend on the required production process. For a product request or order, the time of receipt at our facilities before 12:00 p.m. via any of the methods listed in point 2 will be considered the date of receipt. If the order is received after 12:00 p.m., it will be considered received on the next business day. For a request or order to be considered valid, it must be accompanied by all the necessary information for its fulfillment, in addition to the corresponding completed clinical prescription.
- If we need to receive impressions, laboratory models, or any other materials required to complete the work, the date on which all necessary items are received at our facilities will be considered the start date.
- The delivery times listed here apply only to the completion of the work and do not include the shipping time required for the product to reach its destination.
4 Product Repetitions
Ziacor ® offers custom manufacturing services based on:
4.1. Sending an STL file
a) If the product differs from the provided STL file, Ziacor® will produce a replacement at no cost to the customer. This replacement will be produced following an analysis of the issue and Ziacor®’s written acceptance of the issue.
b) If the product matches the provided STL file exactly, Ziacor® will NOT cover any costs associated with reworking the item, as this does not constitute a manufacturing defect. However, Ziacor® will offer a 20% discount off the retail price for rework of parts or products due to reasons not attributable to Ziacor®.
4.2. Shipping of laboratory models
- a) If the product does not fit properly or does not align correctly with the provided laboratory model, Ziacor® will produce a replacement at no cost to the customer. This replacement will be produced following an analysis of the issue and Ziacor®’s written approval of the same.
- b) If the product does not fit properly or does not align correctly in the dental clinic but does fit properly or align correctly on the provided laboratory model, Ziacor® will NOT cover any costs associated with reworking the product, as this does not constitute a manufacturing defect. However, Ziacor® will offer a 20% discount off the retail price for the rework of parts or products due to reasons not attributable to Ziacor®.
4.3. Symbiosis® System
To be eligible for the product replacement warranty when using this system, you must have followed the entire process correctly, taken the impression in accordance with the system’s minimum requirements, and performed the passivity test when there are two or more implants per arch.
- a) If the Symbiosis® system has been followed in full and the product is not passive or does not fit properly, Ziacor® will produce a replacement at no cost to the customer. This replacement will be provided following an analysis of the issue and written confirmation of acceptance by Ziacor®.
- b) If the Symbiosis® system has not been followed completely and the product is not passive or does not fit properly, Ziacor® will NOT cover any costs associated with rework, as this is not a manufacturing defect. However, Ziacor® will offer a 20% discount off the retail price for replacement parts or products due to reasons not attributable to Ziacor®.
Notas:
- Ziacor® designs frameworks and crowns in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the clinical prescription and standard dental anatomy. The customer has the right to request a preliminary review of this design by including such a request in the clinical prescription. Failure by the customer to request a preliminary review of the design releases Ziacor® from any liability regarding the products manufactured.
- All items or materials provided by the customer for the manufacture of the products must be in perfect condition. Ziacor® does not cover any product under its replacement warranty if the customer has sent materials that are in poor condition.
- In any case, product reorders must be made within the timeframes specified in Section 3, “Product Delivery.”
Warranties
Terms and Conditions:
Ziacor® abutment and implant products are covered by a warranty in the event of breakage or a manufacturing defect. The Ziacor® product warranty covers only Ziacor® products and does not include any other products or additional costs.

Our Customer Service team records your recommendations in our Customer Loyalty Program. Your recommendations and feedback will be taken into account to help us continuously improve our company.
Important Notes:
- Ziacor® prostheses are not supplied sterile and must therefore be sterilized before use.
- Ziacor® shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay, or failure in product shipments caused by shipping carriers, third parties, or reasons beyond Ziacor®’s control.
- In the event of any damage, loss, or delay regarding the shipped product, this shall not give rise to any additional liability on the part of Ziacor®. However, Ziacor® will take the necessary steps to resolve any damage, loss, or delay regarding a product in a prompt and fair manner with the customer, to the extent possible.
- All product shipments are made at the customer’s risk.
- Ziacor® does not provide any insurance coverage for the transport or shipment of products. Ziacor® reserves the right to modify or change the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice. These terms and conditions supersede all previous versions.
- Ziacor® is not responsible for any typographical errors.
